Welcome to Dundas Farm
Our journey into the world of parrots began over seven years ago when we adopted two one-year-old blue and gold macaws. What started as simply welcoming these beautiful birds into our home quickly blossomed into a passionate pursuit of knowledge. We found ourselves captivated by every aspect of macaw behavior, care, and personality. The more we learned, the more we wanted to share our discoveries with others.
Today, our two macaws are eight years old, and they’ve taught us more than any book ever could. Living with these intelligent, complex creatures day in and day out has given us invaluable hands-on experience and deep insights into what it truly takes to care for large parrots
